Eurythmics are a pop rock and new wave English duo formed in London in 1980. Consisting of members Annie Lennox and David A. Stewart, they were both previously in the band The Tourists (originally known as The Catch), who split up in 1980. Eurythmics went on to release a string of hit singles and albums before they split up in 1990. Eurythmics Live is a live concert video by the British pop/rock duo Eurythmics, filmed during their Revenge Tour, at Sydney Entertainment Centre, Australia, on 14 February 1987. The intro and some segments in between songs feature the band filmed in a studio, including Patrick Seymour’s keyboard intro to “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)” and Jimmy ‘Z’ Zavala’s harmonica intro to “Missionary Man”.
